Our school uses the services of volunteers to assist with our athletic programs at Kingston High School. If you are interested in volunteering in this capacity, please print out and complete the forms packet and submit the packet to the school athletic director or secretary.
When you submit your athletic volunteer forms, please include:
- Copy of Drivers License or State issued photo ID
- Copy of your current First Aid Card
- Copy of your current CPR card - Must be "Hands On"
It is important that you acquaint yourself with the policies, procedures and disclosures that relate to the athletic volunteer role. Please download this information, review and retain a copy for your files.
