AP Test

Advanced Placement (AP) classes give students the chance to tackle college-level work while they’re still in high school and to earn college credits. All students in AP classes have the opportunity to take an AP Exam for each AP class in which they are enrolled. Details regarding the registration and testing process are available here.

    • February/March 2019 - Student sign-up sheets to take the test will be distributed to AP teachers;  test information booklets will be distributed in AP classes.  Students will sign up for the test in their AP class.  If a student is not in an AP class he or she will need to sign up for the test directly through Mr. Rouch.
    • March 28 - Last day for students to sign up for the test or to notify Mr. Rouch of canceling their AP test at no charge.
    • March/April - Students can pay the testing fee in the student store during lunches.
    • April 26 - Last day to pay testing fee.
    • May 6-17 - AP Testing.

      • The cost of each test is $94; checks are payable to Kingston High School.
      • Exam fees will be waived for students who qualify for free and reduced lunch. Check with first floor counselor Mr. Rouch to inquire about having the fees waived.
